treewide: replace '---help---' in Kconfig files with 'help'Since commit 84af7a6194e4 ("checkpatch: kconfig: prefer 'help' over'---help---'"), the number of '---help---' has been graduallydecreasing, but there are still more than 2400 instances.This commit finishes the conversion. tty: Added a CONFIG_TTY option to allow removal of TTYThe option allows you to remove TTY and compile without errors. Thissaves space on systems that won't support TTY interfaces anyway.bloat-o-meter output is below.The bulk of this patch consists of Kconfig changes adding "depends onTTY" to various serial devices and similar drivers that require the TTYlayer. Ideally, these dependencies would occur on a common intermediatesymbol such as SERIO, but most drivers "select SERIO" rather than"depends on SERIO", and "select" does not respect dependencies.bloat-o-meter output comparing our previous minimal to new minimal byremoving TTY.
