media: imagination: VIDEO_E5010_JPEG_ENC should depend on ARCH_K3Currently, the Imagination E5010 JPEG Encoder is only present on TexasInstruments K3 SoCs. Hence add a dependency on ARCH_K3, to preventasking the user about this driver when configuring a kernel without TIK3 SoC support.
