leds: flash: Add driver to support flash LED module in QCOM PMICsAdd initial driver to support flash LED module found in QualcommTechnologies, Inc. PMICs. The flash module can have 3 or 4 channelsand each channel can be controlled indepedently and support full scalecurrent up to 1.5 A. It also supports connecting two channels togetherto supply one LED component with full scale current up to 2 A. leds: rt8515: Add Richtek RT8515 LED driverThis adds a driver for the Richtek RT8515 dual channeltorch/flash white LED driver.This LED driver is found in some mobile phones fromSamsung such as the GT-S7710 and GT-I8190.A V4L interface is added.We do not have a proper datasheet for the RT8515 butit turns out that RT9387A has a public datasheet andis essentially the same chip. We designed the driverin accordance with this datasheet.
