treewide: replace '---help---' in Kconfig files with 'help'Since commit 84af7a6194e4 ("checkpatch: kconfig: prefer 'help' over'---help---'"), the number of '---help---' has been graduallydecreasing, but there are still more than 2400 instances.This commit finishes the conversion. kconfig: rename CONFIG_EMBEDDED to CONFIG_EXPERTThe meaning of CONFIG_EMBEDDED has long since been obsoleted; the optionis used to configure any non-standard kernel with a much larger scope thanonly small devices.This patch renames the option to CONFIG_EXPERT in init/Kconfig and fixesreferences to the option throughout the kernel. IB/mthca: Always build debugging code unless CONFIG_EMBEDDED=yChange the mthca debugging trace output code so that it can enabledand disabled at runtime with the debug_level module parameter insysfs. Also, don't allow CONFIG_INFINIBAND_MTHCA_DEBUG to be disabledunless CONFIG_EMBEDDED is selected. Linux-2.6.12-rc2Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" gitarchive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the earlygit days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of goodinfrastructure for it.Let it rip!
