clk: davinci: remove support for da830This SoC has some leftover code all over the kernel but no boards aresupported anymore. Remove support for da830 from the davinci clockdriver. This is porting thecode from arch/arm/mach-davinci/psc.c to the common clock framework andis converting it to use regmap to simplify the code. Additionally, itadds device tree support for these clocks.Note: although there are similar clocks for TI Keystone we are not ableto share the code for a few reasons. The keystone clocks are device treeonly and use legacy one-node-per-clock bindings.
