treewide: defconfig: address renamed CONFIG_DEBUG_INFO=yCONFIG_DEBUG_INFO is now implicitly selected if one picks one of theexplicit options that could be DEBUG_INFO_DWARF_TOOLCHAIN_DEFAULT,DEBUG_INFO_DWARF4, DEBUG_INFO_DWARF5.This was actually not what I had in mind when I suggested making it a'choice' statement, but it's too late to change again now, and the Kconfiglogic is more sensible in the new form.Change any defconfig file that had CONFIG_DEBUG_INFO enabled but did notpick DWARF4 or DWARF5 explicitly to now pick the toolchain default.Link: https://lkml.kernel.org/r/20220811114609.2097335-1-arnd@kernel.orgFixes: f9b3cd245784 ("Kconfig.debug: make DEBUG_INFO selectable from a choice")Signed-off-by: Arnd Bergmann <arnd@arndb.de>Reviewed-by: Kees Cook <keescook@chromium.org>Cc: Richard Henderson <rth@twiddle.net>Cc: Ivan Kokshaysky <ink@jurassic.park.msu.ru>Cc: Matt Turner <mattst88@gmail.com>Cc: Vineet Gupta <vgupta@kernel.org>Cc: Michal Simek <monstr@monstr.eu>Cc: Thomas Bogendoerfer <tsbogend@alpha.franken.de>Cc: Dinh Nguyen <dinguyen@kernel.org>Cc: Yoshinori Sato <ysato@users.osdn.me>Cc: Rich Felker <dalias@libc.org>Cc: Richard Weinberger <richard@nod.at>Cc: Anton Ivanov <anton.ivanov@cambridgegreys.com>Cc: Johannes Berg <johannes@sipsolutions.net>Cc: Chris Zankel <chris@zankel.net>Cc: Max Filippov <jcmvbkbc@gmail.com>Cc: Arnd Bergmann <arnd@arndb.de>Signed-off-by: Andrew Morton <akpm@linux-foundation.org>

5e4417f9 - xtensa: reorganize vectors placement

xtensa: reorganize vectors placementAllow vectors to be either merged into the kernel .text or put at afixed virtual address independently of XIP option. Drop option thatputs vectors at a fixed offset from the kernel text. Add choice toKconfig.Vectors at fixed virtual address may be useful for XIP-aware MTD supportand for noMMU configurations with available IRAM. Configurations withoutVECBASE register must put their vectors at specific locations regardlessof the selected option. All other configurations should happily usemerged vectors.Signed-off-by: Max Filippov <jcmvbkbc@gmail.com>

61a47c1a - sysctl: Remove the sysctl system call

sysctl: Remove the sysctl system callThis system call has been deprecated almost since it was introduced, andin a survey of the linux distributions I can no longer find any of themthat enable CONFIG_SYSCTL_SYSCALL. The only indication that I can findthat anyone might care is that a few of the defconfigs in the kernelenable CONFIG_SYSCTL_SYSCALL. However this appears in only 31 of 414defconfigs in the kernel, so I suspect this symbols presence is simplybecause it is harmless to include rather than because it is necessary. As there appear to be no users of the sysctl system call, remove thecode. As this removes one of the few uses of the internal kernel mountof proc I hope this allows for even more simplifications of the procfilesystem.Cc: Alex Smith <alex.smith@imgtec.com>Cc: Anders Berg <anders.berg@lsi.com>Cc: Apelete Seketeli <apelete@seketeli.net>Cc: Arnd Bergmann <arnd@arndb.de>Cc: Chee Nouk Phoon <cnphoon@altera.com>Cc: Chris Zankel <chris@zankel.net>Cc: Christian Ruppert <christian.ruppert@abilis.com>Cc: Greg Ungerer <gerg@uclinux.org>Cc: Harvey Hunt <harvey.hunt@imgtec.com>Cc: Helge Deller <deller@gmx.de>Cc: Hongliang Tao <taohl@lemote.com>Cc: Hua Yan <yanh@lemote.com>Cc: Huacai Chen <chenhc@lemote.com>Cc: John Crispin <blogic@openwrt.org>Cc: Jonas Jensen <jonas.jensen@gmail.com>Cc: Josh Boyer <jwboyer@gmail.com>Cc: Jun Nie <jun.nie@linaro.org>Cc: Kevin Hilman <khilman@linaro.org>Cc: Kevin Wells <kevin.wells@nxp.com>Cc: Kumar Gala <galak@codeaurora.org>Cc: Lars-Peter Clausen <lars@metafoo.de>Cc: Ley Foon Tan <lftan@altera.com>Cc: Linus Walleij <linus.walleij@linaro.org>Cc: Markos Chandras <markos.chandras@imgtec.com>Cc: Max Filippov <jcmvbkbc@gmail.com>Cc: Noam Camus <noamc@ezchip.com>Cc: Olof Johansson <olof@lixom.net>Cc: Paul Burton <paul.burton@mips.com>Cc: Paul Mundt <lethal@linux-sh.org>Cc: Phil Edworthy <phil.edworthy@renesas.com>Cc: Pierrick Hascoet <pierrick.hascoet@abilis.com>Cc: Ralf Baechle <ralf@linux-mips.org>Cc: Roland Stigge <stigge@antcom.de>Cc: Santosh Shilimkar <santosh.shilimkar@ti.com>Cc: Scott Telford <stelford@cadence.com>Cc: Stephen Boyd <sboyd@codeaurora.org>Cc: Steven J.

xtensa: virt: add defconfig and DTSAdd defconfig and DTS for a virt board. Defconfig enables PCIe host anda number of virtio devices. DTS routes legacy PCI IRQs to the first fourlevel-triggered external IRQ lines. CPU core with edge-triggered IRQsamong the first four may need a custom DTS to work correctly.Signed-off-by: Max Filippov <jcmvbkbc@gmail.com>
