PCI: consolidate PCI config entry in drivers/pciThere is no good reason to duplicate the PCI menu in every architecture.Instead provide a selectable HAVE_PCI symbol that indicates availabilityof PCI support, and a FORCE_PCI symbol to for PCI on and the handle therest in drivers/pci.Signed-off-by: Christoph Hellwig <hch@lst.de>Reviewed-by: Palmer Dabbelt <palmer@sifive.com>Acked-by: Max Filippov <jcmvbkbc@gmail.com>Acked-by: Thomas Gleixner <tglx@linutronix.de>Acked-by: Bjorn Helgaas <bhelgaas@google.com>Acked-by: Geert Uytterhoeven <geert@linux-m68k.org>Acked-by: Paul Burton <paul.burton@mips.com>Signed-off-by: Masahiro Yamada <yamada.masahiro@socionext.com>

xtensa: add default memmap option to common_defconfigNow that memory initialization doesn't add default memory region specifyit explicitly in the memmap command line option.Save common_defconfig as defconfig so that it doesn't have all optionsettings in it, only those that are different from the Kconfig defaults.Signed-off-by: Max Filippov <jcmvbkbc@gmail.com>

tokenring: delete all remaining driver supportThis represents the mass deletion of the of the tokenring support. It gets rid of: - the net/tr.c which the drivers depended on - the drivers/net component - the Kbuild infrastructure around it - any tokenring related CONFIG_ settings in any defconfigs - the tokenring headers in the include/linux dir - the firmware associated with the tokenring drivers. - any associated token ring documentation.Signed-off-by: Paul Gortmaker <paul.gortmaker@windriver.com>

6a108a14 - kconfig: rename CONFIG_EMBEDDED to CONFIG_EXPERT

kconfig: rename CONFIG_EMBEDDED to CONFIG_EXPERTThe meaning of CONFIG_EMBEDDED has long since been obsoleted; the optionis used to configure any non-standard kernel with a much larger scope thanonly small devices. This patch renames the option to CONFIG_EXPERT in init/Kconfig and fixesreferences to the option throughout the kernel. A new CONFIG_EMBEDDEDoption is added that automatically selects CONFIG_EXPERT when enabled andcan be used in the future to isolate options that should only beconsidered for embedded systems (RISC architectures, SLOB, etc).Calling the option "EXPERT" more accurately represents its intention: onlyexpert users who understand the impact of the configuration changes theyare making should enable it.Reviewed-by: Ingo Molnar <mingo@elte.hu>Acked-by: David Woodhouse <david.woodhouse@intel.com>Signed-off-by: David Rientjes <rientjes@google.com>Cc: Greg KH <gregkh@suse.de>Cc: "David S.
