powerpc: Move include files to arch/powerpc/include/asmfrom include/asm-powerpc. This is the result of amkdir arch/powerpc/include/asmgit mv include/asm-powerpc/* arch/powerpc/include/asmFollowed by a few documentation/comment fixups and a couple of placeswhere was being used explicitly.
