MIPS: OCTEON: Rename Kconfig CAVIUM_OCTEON_REFERENCE_BOARD to CAVIUM_OCTEON_SOCCAVIUM_OCTEON_SOC most place we used to use CPU_CAVIUM_OCTEON.
