hexagon: mm: convert to GENERIC_IOREMAPBy taking GENERIC_IOREMAP method, the generic ioremap_prot() and iounmap()are visible and available to arch. This change will simplifyimplementation by removing duplicated code with generic ioremap_prot() andiounmap(), and has the equivalent functioality.For hexagon, the current ioremap() and iounmap() are the same as genericversion. mm: consolidate pgtable_cache_init() and pgd_cache_init()Both pgtable_cache_init() and pgd_cache_init() are used to initialize kmemcache for page table allocations on several architectures that do not usePAGE_SIZE tables for one or more levels of the page table hierarchy.Most architectures do not implement these functions and use __weak defaultNOP implementation of pgd_cache_init().
