docs: ABI: cleanup several ABI documentsThere are some ABI documents that, while they don't generateany warnings, they have issues when parsed by get_abi.pl scripton its output result.Address them, in order to provide a clean output.Reviewed-by: Tom Rix <trix@redhat.com> # for fpga-managerReviewed-By: Kajol Jain<kjain@linux.ibm.com> # for sysfs-bus-event_source-devices-hv_gpci and sysfs-bus-event_source-devices-hv_24x7Acked-by: Jonathan Cameron <Jonathan.Cameron@huawei.com> #for IIOAcked-by: Oded Gabbay <oded.gabbay@gmail.com> # for HabanalabsAcked-by: Vaibhav Jain <vaibhav@linux.ibm.com> # for sysfs-bus-papr-pmemAcked-by: Cezary Rojewski <cezary.rojewski@intel.com> # for catptAcked-by: Suzuki K Poulose <suzuki.poulose@arm.com>Acked-by: Ilya Dryomov <idryomov@gmail.com> # for rbdAcked-by: Jonathan Corbet <corbet@lwn.net>Signed-off-by: Mauro Carvalho Chehab <mchehab+huawei@kernel.org>Link: https://lore.kernel.org/r/5bc78e5b68ed1e9e39135173857cb2e753be868f.1604042072.git.mchehab+huawei@kernel.orgSigned-off-by: Greg Kroah-Hartman <gregkh@linuxfoundation.org>

doc: Update the name of profiling based on sysfsThe ./kernel/ksysfs.c defines 'profiling' w/o 'profile' like"KERNEL_ATTR_RW(profiling)". We need to synchronize the content between ksys.csource and kernel doc.Signed-off-by: Hyeonjun Lim <hjoon0510@gmail.com>Signed-off-by: Jiri Kosina <jkosina@suse.cz>

22b8ce94 - profiling: dynamically enable readprofile at runtime

profiling: dynamically enable readprofile at runtimeWay too often, I have a machine that exhibits some kind of crappybehavior. The CPU looks wedged in the kernel or it is spending way toomuch system time and I wonder what is responsible.I try to run readprofile. But, of course, Ubuntu doesn't enable it bydefault. Dang! The reason we boot-time enable it is that it takes a big bufffer that wegenerally can only bootmem alloc. But, does it hurt to at least try andruntime-alloc it?To use:echo 2 > /sys/kernel/profileThen run readprofile like normal. This should fix the compile issue with allmodconfig. I've compile-testedon a bunch more configs now including a few more architectures.Signed-off-by: Dave Hansen <dave@linux.vnet.ibm.com>Acked-by: Ingo Molnar <mingo@elte.hu>Signed-off-by: Andrew Morton <akpm@linux-foundation.org>Signed-off-by: Linus Torvalds <torvalds@linux-foundation.org>
