This avoidsthe need for #ifdef USE_BLACKLIST / #endif except in theblacklist.c file.Remove redundent initialization attempts from withinblacklist_notify - everything always goes throughblacklistd_init().Added UseBlacklist option to sshd, which defaults to off.To enable the functionality, use &apos;-o UseBlacklist=yes&apos; onthe command line, or uncomment in the sshd_config file.Reviewed by:	desApproved by:	desMFC after: 1 weekSponsored by:	The FreeBSD FoundationDifferential Revision:	https://reviews.freebsd.org/D7051

<description>Fix order of libthr and libc in the global dso list for sshd, byexplicitely linking main binary with -lpthread. Before, libthrappeared in the list due to dependency of one of the kerberos libs.Due to the change in ld(1) behaviour of not copying NEEDED entriesfrom direct dependencies into the link results, the order becomesreversed. The libthr must appear before libc to properly interpose libc symbolsand provide working rtld locks implementation. The symptom was sshdhanging on rtld bind lock during nested symbol binding from a signalhandler.Approved by:	des (openssh maintainer)Sponsored by:	The FreeBSD FoundationMFC after:	1 week
