        <link>http://172.16.0.5:8080/history/freebsd-14.2/lib/libc/string/flsll.c#4025b5b5</link>
<description>libc: Purge unneeded cdefs.hThese sys/cdefs.h are not needed. Purge them. They are mostly left-overfrom the $FreeBSD$ removal. A few in libc are still required for macrosthat cdefs.h defines. Keep those.Sponsored by: NetflixDifferential Revision:	https://reviews.freebsd.org/D42385(cherry picked from commit 559a218c9b257775fb249b67945fe4a05b7a6b9f)

        <link>http://172.16.0.5:8080/history/freebsd-14.2/lib/libc/string/flsll.c#ee8b0c43</link>
<description>lib/libc/string: replace ffs/fls implementations with clang builtinsMost architectures we support (except for riscv64) have instructionsto compute these functions very quickly. Replace old code with theffs and clz builtin functions, allowing clang to generate good codefor all architectures. As a consequence, toss out arm and i386 ffs() implementations.Sponsored by:	FreeBSD FoundationApproved by:	mhorneMFC after:	1 weekDifferential Revision: https://reviews.freebsd.org/D40730

<description>General further adoption of SPDX licensing ID tags.Mainly focus on files that use BSD 3-Clause license. The Software Package Data Exchange (SPDX) group provides a specificationto make it easier for automated tools to detect and summarize well knownopensource licenses. We are gradually adopting the specification, notingthat the tags are considered only advisory and do not, in any way, superceed or replace the license texts.Special thanks to Wind River for providing access to &quot; The Duke ofHighlander&quot; tool: an older (2014) run over FreeBSD tree was useful as astarting point.
