Omit from the universe build all config files tagged with#NO_UNIVERSE. Many of these config files are important examples, butadd little to no regresive value to the intended purpose ofUNIVERSE. We now build over 120 kernels during universe. There'sreally little to no value to this over building say 60 or even 30 ofthem (either is still a way too big number). This is especially truefor kernels that are nothing more than including a common base andadding a static DTB file. Start by pruning 1/3 of the arm kernels thatadd little regresion value.

Add option USB_HOST_ALIGN to configs that contain 'device usb'. Settingthis to the cache line size is required to avoid data corruption on armv4and armv5, and improves performance on armv6, in both cases by avoidingpartial cacheline flushes for USB IO.
