General further adoption of SPDX licensing ID tags.Mainly focus on files that use BSD 3-Clause license.The Software Package Data Exchange (SPDX) group provides a specificationto make it easier for automated tools to detect and summarize well knownopensource licenses. We are gradually adopting the specification, notingthat the tags are considered only advisory and do not, in any way,superceed or replace the license texts.Special thanks to Wind River for providing access to "The Duke ofHighlander" tool: an older (2014) run over FreeBSD tree was useful as astarting point. When allocating memory, zero out them if we don't intend to overwrite themall; before freeing memory, zero out them before we release it as freeheap. This will eliminate some potential information leak issue.While there, remove the PURIFY option. There is a slight difference betweenthe new behavior and the old -DPURIFY behavior, with the latter initializesmemory with 0xff's. I found "portsdb -u" dumps core with recent INDEX file, and this iscaused by refering broken (uninitialized?) pointer which is retrievedfrom __bt_new() (and from mpool_new()).I don't know why this linp[0] is read before stored because thisshould be controlled by .lower and .upper member of PAGE structurewhich are correctly initialized.But this workaround fixes the problem on my environment and thismodule has #ifdef PURIFY option which initializes new and reusedmemory from mpool by memset(p, 0xff, size) like as I did.Please feel free to fix the real bug instead of my workaround.
