	- add compile as module support
	- move half of the nvec init stuff to i2c-tegra.c
	- move event handling to nvec_events
	- finish suspend/resume support
	- add support for more device implementations
	- convert all uses of the old GPIO API from <linux/gpio.h> to the
	  GPIO descriptor API in <linux/gpio/consumer.h> and look up GPIO
	  line descriptor from device tree, ACPI or board files
	- drop the dependency on <linux/of_gpio.h> altogether when migrating
	  to GPIO descriptors
